For me i had to have stitches 3 times. One on my leg, head, and tongue. I bit my tongue so deep i had to get stitches. Sucked bro. <_<

Twice.
2 stitches on the top of my head when I was like 7.
6 stitches on my chin about 2 years ago.

Just once, although I've had staples/glue several times as well. Sliced a toe on something running around barefoot when I was like 6.
