This can happen on a high compression engine (especially diesel) when the oil is not changed often enough. The fuel blow-by from the rings causes fuel to mix with the oil and "coke up".

idk how and every time the weekend rolls around i forget until like sunday night since i dont drive much on weekends

That said however, it isn't great for your engine, so put up a post-it on your fridge, unless you want to shell out for a new engine eventually.

Hell I only changed the oil in my old 1994 Explorer twice in the 15 years I drove it and it never looked like that.

Looks like it could have been sabotaged or something.
