This is the first time I've ever had to actually negotiate a salary for a job... Not sure how this is supposed to go, but it's going. Then as long as the numbers look right, I'll be moving to San Antonio... Can't wait for this whole process to be done.

Always ask for higher than the number you actually want. Best case they will give you that. If not then they might come down to what you really want.
