Yeah, there'd be no reason not to do it to any planet we can reasonably do it to assuming we have the science and resources. The issue is we don't have the science or resources currently.

No. It'd be pointless to. Mars's magnetic field isn't strong enough protect organic life, so growing crops is out of the question. No crops means no air. It's too cold to support human life. Gravity is weaker, human gestation has evolved around our planets gravity, try it elsewhere and who knows what kind of problems you'll have.
