What would you do if you witnessed someone snatching a dropped off package at someone's doorstep?

This happens all the time, especially during the holidays and some delivery drivers just don't give a damn to hide it so no nobody can steal it..but thieves are smarter nowadays as they FOLLOW them around and wait to see if they just dropped it off if no one is home so then they can steal it...
