Havent exercised this week cos busy at work and too tired, but today is kinda chill, so i ran treadmill and 5 minutes in both calves cramped fuck. Was able to prevent the worst cos my reflexes, i was able to stop immediately and stand up staight

it hurt so bad and woke me right up
when the pain finally stopped i was able to fall back to sleep
only to be woken up to a painful calf cramp on my right leg O_o

I used to have these on an almost daily basis, not just from exercise but randomly at work or at home in the middle of the night. Cutting out carbs and uptaking more potassium, magnesium and electrolytes has made cramps nonexistant.

shit hurt so bad but was so tired that i fell back asleep when it stopped.

it's weird waking up from ongoing pain and just hoping for it to pass so you can go back to sleep xd

I like love hate the feeling of calf cramps. I remember the first major one I had.

It was so weird. It was after a track practice in middle school. I'm chilling in my room playing NHL 96 on my SNES. I was sitting on top my legs in a bean bag chair, and my left leg slowly tensed and then locked. I had no idea what was happening.

The feeling of being near a cramp and then stretching right before it locks feels amazing.

Sometimes calf cramping will wake me up in the middle of the night, and I jump out of bed, because standing up is the only way to relieve the pain. anyways, this happened to me a while ago, less than a week after I broke my left clavicle, so it took me nearly a minute to get up. It took a whole day for the pain to completely go away.
