Nice. I got a bad back but I can guzzle pain meds and walk my dog for a couple hours straight. Walking is a good time to let your mind relax on the darker stuff and just be observant for a bit.

we used to be out of shape, could only do about an hour before we got tired.
can easily pull in 3 miles with no issue but we rest right after.
