Current Events > Scenario: Your son is secretly dating an alien and the alien mother is outraged.

Your teenage son has been dating his girlfriend Jewel for months but hasn't introduced you to her because "She's shy" and even told you that she pleads that you shouldn't tell anyone else about her. One day he's getting ready for a date later when you hear banging on the door.

"Oh she's early. My son's not even ready" You think to yourself. Then the banging gets louder and suddenly the door opens even though you're sure it was locked.

Then you are stunned to find an alien standing at your door with a spacecraft behind her. She is tall and you can tell just from her aura that she is a regal and powerful being.

"Earthican patriarch! As distateful as it is I must speak with you on a matter most urgent. I am Rithiana'Tuluck, 7th Mother Queen of the Yurian Federation. You have never heard of us and never should have but your offspring has been... Interfering with my 3rd daughter Rithiana'Jewelqueux."

She talks at you loudly like a billionaire would talk to a bellhop. Not letting you get a word in.

"I am furious that your son has made this casual debauchery first contact between our people. A contact your primitive people are not even close to being ready for. It must never get out. Still, your seed is not solely to blame. It was my daughter who kept coming to him. As such I will spare you my retribution, I assure you my daughter will be punished and she will not have such freedom again but you must assure me that your..... creature never attempts to find or contact my daughter or any of my people again and speaks of it to no one. Without saying the same goes for you as well patriach. I do not wish to ever return to this place... Do not make me take matters into my own hands. Do you understand me Earthican?"

Since your clearly unfit to parent with your lack of understanding of your childs happiness or need to be happy I want to speak to your husband since he is clearly the logical and rational person beside your daughter.

Not intentionally sure but remember these are aliens

The way they age and mature might be different, a young or old alien may attract a horny human teen
or the body could develop before the mental state
or they maybe they inprint themselves on their mate for life and your son is unaware
maybe the female has to devour the male to produce offspring

Her view isn't far off from some mid to upper klass white family reacting to their daughter bringing home a minority or a street sweeper. Folks would actually dismiss than as subhuman or primitive, so yeah, regardless of how advanced tech her highness's race is, they don't seem to have it all figured out, what with dismissing an intelligent, kultured society as primitive.
