obv. i'm talking about loud music that makes everything rumble, like sometimes when guys play it real loud out of their cars and have all their windows open....


....so everyone can hear it. On a related note supposedly that cop that was shot and killed in ala recently was killed over a disagreement over loud music

Yes. I don't get why these super loud systems and things like super loud engines and tail pipes are allowed and aren't considered disturbing the peace. If you're going down the highway it's fine, but most people do that while going down city streets and sharing their shit music with everybody.
