I had a Yellow one and played Pokemon Yellow on it all the time.

Honestly don't remember what other games I played on it though lol.

Pokemon Gold and Silver was peak Pokemon, imo. It set a whole new standard for what a sequel could be, with all the ways it tied back to Red / Blue... specifically, allowing players to transfer their Pokemon forward, and the mind-blowing post-game surprise.

My teal (best color, btw) GBC is packed away somewhere. The hinge on the battery cover is broken, so I've taped it shut; anyone else do that?

My favorite memory is getting it and Pokemon Red for Christmas one year. I literally just played it for the rest of the night.

My favorite game is probably Pokemon Crystal. There was just something so mind blowing about it at the time. I still think back to what an adventure it was, and the scale seems large even as an adult. No other Pokemon game has really matched that feeling since.

I wouldn't be surprised if I put in over 5,000 hours on this.
Best multi-player game in my opinion if played with the right people.

Favorite game was either Oracle of Ages or Oracle of Seasons.

I had one which I used for Mario, Tetris, Link's Awakening, and Pokemon red, yellow and gold and the trading card game. I tried various other games but always found them to be a bit rubbish. It was the last handheld I had, until the switch.

Yes I actually still do. It's a great console, although nowadays it's better to get a GBA SP, and most games I have for it are original GB games. I also own a homebrew cartridge of Resident Evil 1 on it which is cool.
