Spell Card
This card can only be activated during your draw phase when it is in your hand and you draw a Spell or Trap card (excluding a second copy of Unwanted Favor.) You may set that drawn card face down on the opponent's Spell and Trap Zone. From this point onward that card is treated as in your opponent set that card. If the opponent activates the set card they take 2000 points of damage to their life points after the card resolves (if the card is removed from the field before the card resolves the opponent still takes 2000 points of damage.) Afterwards banish the card instead of sending it to the graveyard.

A -3 in card economy for 2000 points of burn damage is kinda garbage, especially when you can use 3 copies of Ookazi for do 2400 points of burn damage, and Ookazi is not a good card.

Nurseburn might still be a rogue deck, but it doesn't even use burn cards.

Didnt read the rest but voted 1/5 for being too situational.

You can look at what card you drew before activating it. You arent blind setting the drawn card.

1. That still means theres a one-turn wait before you can even activate this card.
2. Theres no guarantee the next card you draw will be a spell/trap card either, so this could very well make for several more turns wait tacked on.
3. The whole game functions on speed and constructing your deck so that every draw matters. Having read the rest of the effect now, even in the unlikely event that you draw a spell/trap card next turn that you dont need - and that your opponent wont benefit from having - that still means two whole draw phases effectively culminating into a so-so burn effect that still isnt immediately put into effect which can easily (and likely will) be circumvented by your opponents better judgment.

Terrible card, Im sorry.
