All it does is reduce electrical damage dealt by both sides. It's mostly learned by ground-type Pokemon who are already immune to electrical attacks.

Probably, lol. Every time its used by the AI its a wasted turn, and by the time you get to a part of the game where electrical attacks are something to worry about, youve got better options.

But as far as actual damaging attacks go, Ill say Astonish. A ghost move that is famously most common on non-ghost Pokmon in early routes where normal Pokmon are incredibly common.

Good picks. As much as I want to love it, Egg Bomb is pretty bad, too. 100BP but only 70 accuracy. The only pokemon to get stab on it are Chansey & Blissey (abysmal physical attackers), and Exeggutor has better moves it could be using. Not to mention, Return mostly makes Egg Bomb obsolete (perhaps Egg Bomb is non-contact, at least?)

EDIT: The best part is that it's actually TM37 in RBY... well, at least you get a free TM for it in the Safari Zone, so it's a move you can give to Exeggcute that's better than Barrage.

Kinesis. Only one line could learn it, they have better moves for their slots, and it's not even a guaranteed move to hit for the effect of maybe forcing a switch. :l

Wait, I found Rototiller. It amps up the attack and special attack of all grass type Pokemon on the field. It's mostly learned by ground types who are weak to grass.

Bestow seems like an interesting ability, at least. Quick googling tells me there are negative items that you can give to your opponent.

Harvest is an ability.

I meant using the two in conjunction but then I looked up what can use bestow and harvest. Tropius and exeggcute family. If you're going for a really weird off meta or in-game run it could be neat but otherwise... *Shrugs* bummer.

Beat up is an extremely amusing gimmick in doubles when using Rattled and Justified.
