27 y/o Tilli Buchanan from Utah may be forced to register as a SEX OFFENDER if convicted after she wa charged with lewdness for exposing her BREASTS to her 3 underaged STEP CHILDREN!!

It happened involving her husband's 3 stepkids who are 9, 10 and 13 as her lawyer urged the judge to dismiss the 3 misdemeanor charges against her and said the potential punishment was extreme

She will also be sentenced to a YEAR in prison and LIFETIME sentence as a sex offender!!

Randy Richards said "If we lose this, she's on the sex offender registry with child rapists and things of that nature. The magnitude of the penalty on this is enormous"

Police arrested her earlier this year after her MOTHER IN LAW reported it.

Tilli said she and her husband were installing insulation in their garge when they stripped down to risne itchy material off their skin

The 2 boys aged 13 and 9 and a 10 y/o girl walked in and appeared "embarrassed" after seeing her breasts

She told them not to be embarrassed and that there was no difference between her being topless and their father

But prosecutors say she was DRUNK and told the children she would only put her shirt back on if their father exposed his winky

The judge will decide early next year on her fate if what she did violated law by exposing breasts to horrified children

Her lawyer said this discrimiantes females because the husband WASN'T arrested when he stripped down to his underwear too

She supports the ACLU and argued that the law was unconstitutional as the lawyer said "In the statute, there's one part of it that says this part of a woman is found inherently obscene and this part of a man isn't. That really sets up an unequal and unfair dichotomy and Tilli's case is something none of us would expect to happen to us"

The mother in law who blew the whistle said she was "alarmed" by what the children saw and said no woman should ever expose her breasts to underage children but Tilli said she did nothing wrong and said this was a teachable moment on sexism.

Ehh...this is a weird story, but if the kids walked in on her then I think the punishment is too severe...the only thing that makes it debatable is that she refused to put her shirt on and told the father to expose his penis...I don't know how to feel about it.

This isn't the same as breastfeeding, that usually involves very young children with their biological mother in a natural act, this women kept her breasts exposed to her older stepchildren as she was washing off.

You know family nudist colonies are completely legal right? It's even legal, according to the Supreme Court, for them to post pictures of the kids naked online as long as the pictures are no different then a clothed picture. Basically not focusing on private parts. So unless she started shaking them around and told the kids to go ahead and play with them, then I'm not seeing anything here really other then pearl clutching.

The kids told their mother and grandmother about it and apparently were uncomfortable to the point they felt the need to go to their family about it. It very well could be a huge exaggeration, but she doesn't seem to have a good enough relationship with those kids to have much say in their education on the subject.
