i still do leg exercises but not as often as i should.

upper body sore = annoyance, even 'feel good' kind of sore

lower body sore , especially hamstrings = a pain to sit, stand up, feels like miniaturized mild suffering.

No but today I started having some knee pain while squatting so I skipped out on it. I might go down in weight, warm up and stretch better

I have fucked up my back too many times to do heavy squats and deadlifts. I still do light RDLs and the leg press machine but I'm not actively trying to build a lot of leg muscles.

I dont necessarily have a leg day. I do some different variations of squats throughout the week but I try not to overwork my legs. Solely because I do high incline cardio 5 days a week.

I sprained my LCL back in September in my knee i had cartilage removed back in college, so leg day is less intense than it used to be
