Im ridiculously awkward in person which makes being a nurse kinda rough at times.

I swear I shouldve been a software engineer instead... I dont like talking to people and dealing with their emotional labor for 12 hours out of my day :x

At least I work nights so I SOMETIMES get a bit of a break from having to be entertaining while I keep people as well as I can.

Go into IT, be the helpdesk monkey for a while then get into networking so you can be the stereotypical nerd in the basement with the servers
no really you could especially since you have hospital experience so they'll assume you're good with people and/or you could also get a higher paid job in a hospital doing IT and it could be night meaning less people to deal with
