I'm thinking of picking up Fatal Twelve and Raging Loop here soon unless I am convinced otherwise. I have both Steins;Gatess, and the Psycho-Pass VN that was free on PS+ a while back. If you count DR and Zero Escape def have already played those.

Obviously I have played Fata Morgana.

Anything else I may be missing?

EDIT: this goes for Xbone and Switch as well, just don't think there's gonna be any VNs there that are not also on PS4.

YU-NO maybe, Daedalus maybe, probably not Punch Line but probably Utawarerumono games, I'd wait for the remake of the first game due out in a few months first though

Also look out for the Narcissu collection thing they're eternally delaying kickstarter rewards of, and also Seabed coming to switch soon, if you haven't played them on pc already.

Well you already have the two best in Steins;Gate and 428: Shibuya Scramble on your list, but if you need more

The Silver Case and it's sequel The 25th Ward are two very interesting ones written by Suda51 and have similar themes to some of his other works. If you liked some of his other games these are definitely worth a look.

I've only played about 4 hours of YU-NO but I do like what I've seen so far, though a lot of it seems to be a key item hunt to unlock everything in the game. The flowchart is pretty cool, though.

As for the Psycho-Pass VN, I found it rather boring and really think it would only interest someone who really enjoyed the series itself. It supposedly takes place within the first few episodes of the first season.

Yeah, I didn't get far into the Psycho-Pass VN before I dropped it. I didn't find it very engaging.

Also Utawarerumono is one of my favorite series of all time though you might make the argument that's an SRPG rather than a VN.
