Was waiting for over three hours on Tuesday when I accidentally closed the damn window.

One hour yesterday.

Now two hours and counting today.

I want to give up and just try a week or two from now when things have settled down for them but I just know that ten seconds after I close the window I'd have been connected. I don't even think they actually exist.

Found out a way to see what the actual current wait time is since all the chat says is ">30 minutes"

Gotta end the conversation then click on contact support.

Estimated wait time is 4 hours and 32 minutes.
