I think Amazon will fail
They are amazing at shipping, but some of the products they sell are questionable. I would never buy an SD card from Amazon for example, or make any new tech purchase tbh. I'd avoid it directly just now, could take a share price hit when the first Disney+ figures are published as Amazon Prime's streaming service is seen as a major competitor in that market and it's probably losing significant market share.

I don't think Prime will take a big hit based off that alone. The streaming service is really just a bonus feature on top of the main reason people get Prime, which is free 2-day shipping.
