And what would happen if someone wished on an alternate Triforce in a different timeline for this not to happen? Would the entire Zelda universe implode? Are there characters out there that realize there is more than one timeline, other than maybe OoT Link and Zelda?

It's weird to think that there's multiple Triforces in existence out there. Feels like they would cancel each other out. Or is there just one, existing in a separate dimensional plane outside of all the different timelines? I mean, considering the Triforce affected TP Ganondorf even though he never even laid a hand on it in that respective timeline, maybe there is just a singular, omnipotent Triforce that can dish out outcomes in all possible universes? Does this mean there's only one set of golden goddesses as well?

Lorule has its own Triforce, don't forget

there was the ending of TWW where King Daphnes wishes for old Hyrule to be washed away, and the ending of ALBW where Link and Zelda wish for Lorule's Triforce to be restored

I suppose the ending of ALTTP also counts, although that's a bit more vague (not to mention it shows Ganon having all three parts, I'll chalk that up to Early Installment Weirdness)

so say, Ganondorf stealing the Triforce of Power and using it to conquer Hyrule doesn't count
