Some of the stuff is a bit heavy-handed (like Rev. Potter being an annoying tool who just harasses Frank for no legitimate cause at a time where issues with law enforcement in minority communities isn't at a stellar point in the real world) but it also brings up real policing issues like the blue wall of silence being a bad thing.
