Just watched it for the first time last night and it was such an incredible wild ride. But I already knew what was gonna happen by the end because of the whole internet discussing it. I couldn't ignore it, really. I can't imagine what the theaters were like on opening night and how it would've felt if I knew absolutely nothing about the movie.

And because of watching Spider-Man Far From Home before going back to watch the entire MCU for the first time, I already have an idea of how Endgame ends.

Infinity War is my #1 comic book movie. Full stop.

I mean, I still greatly enjoyed the movie because I didn't see any of the events that led to the ending, but I knew Thanos would win at the end anyway so it kinda gave me this feeling that they were fighting for nothing rather than rooting for their victory 'til the very end.

gotta admit seeing it opening day was a fantastic experience. the theater's reaction was just...i don't know if i'll ever experience that again. it was amazing.
