I instinctively don't answer "Scam Likely" calls, but I'm starting to think some of them might have been potential employers >_>

If I call people for an interview a couple times and they don't answer I don't waste my time anymore. If you are filling out job applications answer your phone.

You don't leave even a single message? Just a quick "Hi, it's X with X, we had a look at your application and want to schedule a time for you to come in."

in my experience working with a large variety of people, most people never set up their voicemail

voicemail seems pretty important for anyone both looking for a job, or currently employed...

I don't come across many that have voicemail. But yes I'll leave a message.

I have a voicemail set up. Granted, it's not the most professional thing in the world...

I always answer the phone. If its a recorded message, Ill do a [blank]tistic screech at it in case people are listening lol, if its an actual person doing one of those bullshit things, Ill recite the Tragedy of Darth Plaugeis the Wise.

And on the off chance that its a legit call, then Ill take it lol.
