Couldn't Ed just transmute all of Bruce's calcium into carbon or something and break all of his limbs? Or does that count as human transmutation?

Kind of easy.... Ed was capable of using any form of alchemy, he just stuck with metal/earth based transmutes.

Where does the fight take place? Pretty sure Bruce has the edge either way.
