EA, the same guys who have been insisting the people don't play AAA single player games anymore (which is why this is the first of those kind of games they put out in a long time).
Games like God of War and Spider-Man have already proven them wrong in the past, but I would think something under their own umbrella would be a bigger smack to the face, especially the same year their big multiplayer killer app Anthem came out (and failed). There would be no excuse.

You're talking about 2 different things. Are you saying what if Fallen Order sells well for a Single Player only game or what if it reviews well? Because at the end of the day games like FO or even God of War don't come close to the amount of revenue earned from something like Fifa or Apex Legends which is EA's argument.

I'm talking sells primarily. Yeah, those games didn't make that FIFA or Apex money, but they still did incredibly well for themselves, especially for single player games. My thing is; contrasting Fallen Order directly with Anthem, the irony that if Fallen Order even does as well as GoW or SM in the same year that their big looter shooter Anthem. A game that didn't make as much as GoW or Spider-Man.

I have low expectations tbh. The Force Unleashed looked good too, but ended up as a 3 hour long game with clunky combat.

I started out with pretty low expectations. But the more they're showing of it, the more depth the game looks like it actually have. Plus, Respond have kind of proven that they're a pretty competent developer so far.
