Lokarin 11/08/19 10:32:16 PM #1:	I misjudged the weight, so the steak came out welldone... oops, but hey - new pressure cooker. That aside, it certainly was the softest well done I've ever had, so it wasn't a total loss - rather tasty. NONE of my pre-seasoning survived, I guess the pressure cooker annihilates it or something :V Looking forward to more meat --- "Salt cures Everything!"
