This is like the 3rd time shes been robbed in the last year. First two times were her car and now they smashed her door open and turned the place inside out. A Bluetooth speaker and some jewelry are the only things missing so far but what the fuck. I want to beat the shit out of these people.

Sounds like she is specifically being targeted. I see the break-in into the apartment as an escalation. But I could also being imagining this. Not much can be done about the car. But the apartment? Get a dog. If you can that is. Does the apartment building have security cameras? I guessing no given the frequency of events.
