It doesn't have to be like feature complete, I just need something with layers and a tool to cut stuff out. A friend of mine is trying to put together an image for someone's bucks party and he asked me if I could help.

Gimp is the best option, and the closest to Photoshop.

gimp is a program that is pretty good if your main use case for programs is looking at a list of all the features they have. if you actually want to use it I recommend something else --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!! THERES SO MUCH PEOPLE READING AND POSTING STUIPED STUFF ... Copied to Clipboard!
