Was stabbed in the back by someone after seeing Lotus laying on the floor stabbed and dead. Game didn't even let me see who it was, probably like, Zero or something.

Gonna try different doors on the next playthrough. But what does locked and unlocked mean on the flow screen?

Means basically if a pathway is locked you'll have to go further back in the flowchart to get it available again
Like the first door choice, to reunlock the other options you'd have to go back to that point and then if you go a different route that route unlocks itself, at least iirc

Game had way too many endings and the slow progression just made me go straight for the best/true ending.

Luckily I was on the correct path to unlocking it the first time around since the stupid thing requires you to unlock a specific ending before you can unlock the real ending as well as requiring certain steps.

Do yourself a favour and read up on how to unlock them tbh
