I've been taking Trazodone since early July and I'm not sure it's really done a whole lot for me.

I was on Prozac along with Trazodone and still didn't notice it helping with my anxiety all that much.

Now I'm on Zoloft and Trazodone. So we'll see how that goes.

but I feel like this anxiety is slowly eating away at me. My sleep has been very poor since early April when I developed tinnitus in my right ear and then a month later I woke up and it felt like my body was vibrating from head to toe. It's been like this since May and it's only getting worse. I really hope Zoloft works with the physical symptoms cause I'm not sure how longer I can keep going on like this.

Yeah, shame too because nothing else I ever took helped me sleep quite like it did. Not only was I falling asleep easily but I was staying asleep (which is one of my biggest issues wrt sleeping.)

It also made me feel well rested and actually good for once.

But nope, can't have that. So I was put on ambien for a while and while it got me sleeping and kept me that way, the sleep quality was such shit.
