The teen is scheduled to appear in court Saturday to face two counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated battery in the shooting, which also left a man wounded. The girl, dressed as a bumble bee, was trick-or-treating with her family around 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the Little Village neighborhood when a group of men chasing another man began shooting, Chicago police Sgt. I sincerely doubt that this is this monster's first criminal offense. The victim was left in critical condition so it's not actually murder yet.
