I dont really know anything about Norwegian cuisine outside the general conventions I associate with Scandinavian cuisine (also lutefisk which I only had once - first bite had a bone in it, which after five minutes of braving the odor was enough to put me off having any more, so I basically dont remember what it tasted like). They had a Nordic Waffles stand at the State Fair last year but the lines were just ridiculous, and then I forgot to look for it this year.
