I just personally really like Jetman, and its a popular recommendation because its a bit more serialized and drama-heavy that others. As for original installment, Im a bit unclear as to what you mean. Super Sentai started in the 70s, and with very rare exceptions besides the crossover movies, each series is completely stand-alone.
