Like, how does it make me enjoy my meal more if I'm constantly thinking "my mouth roof is burning" and going for whatever beverage I have available rather than savouring the taste? I can understand why restaurants that sell sodas and whatnot would try to instill the idea that this is a good thing, but not sure why anyone else would. My brain freaks out and rejects the sweet as it just seems incompatible with the flavor profile of what mustard should be. I season my food to bring out the flavors and add a bit of heat. Some stuff, you don't even taste the food, you just taste the spice. That's when it's too much IMO. --- "Run back to your masters!
