The low income people have free housing and government aid so they can just sit on their ass all day and not have to work ever again. This includes their beneficiaries.
The rich don't have to worry about shit. The middle class are the ones that get TAXED HEAVILY here and pay for both the low income people and development costs for people who can't afford a place to live in CA. Everyone else has to pay the high cost of living and extremely inflated prices of everything (gas costs almost $5/gal for regular, an 8oz can of coke is $3.39, $1M trap houses, $minimum $12K in property taxes,etc).
