Mine looks brand new. Not a scratch anywhere. Every phone I have used but one has been kept in great condition

Only one with any scratches was my 1st phone, a little flip phone from trac mobile. Held up great, only getting a few scratches on the outside, despite going through a major car crash

I have a few cracks in the screen protector but none in the screen itself. I've had the same S7 since it was released

My screen is fine, but there is some cracking on the back from when I replaced the battery.

Technically, no. My phone has a screen protector that cracks and breaks. And once it has to many, I just get it replaces for free.

Same here. Current phone is about 15 months old now.
Even the 1st phone bit. My first phone was an LG Voyager. It had an outer touch screen but flipped open to a full keyboard. The hinge broke on one side at some point and the rubber for the keyboard wore out.

No, but my iPod... well, I've had it with a badly cracked screen for some years, but as of a few weeks ago, it finally stopped working completely.

The screen is in good condition, and it's arguably the best thing about this phone that likes to randomly crash or drain its own battery stupid fast. On the other hand, I will tap something, and the phone will read it as tapping something half a centimeter away, randomly.

The screen isn't pristine, there are a few shallow scratches that you can see if you tilt the screen toward the light.

I frankly have no idea how they got there.

I however, refuse to buy a screen protector, because I feel having a slightly less clear screen defeats the purpose of having a good screen in the first place if it's going to be permanently slightly less clear.

However, I've never cracked the screen on any phone, I always buy a case and carry it in a phone carrying bag rather then jamming it in my pocket.

I have a crack on the screen. You can't notice when it's in use though.

If you get a good screen protector and install it well, it shouldn't even be noticeable.
I dropped my Switch once in a way where the screen hit the corner of a brick on the way down. I was afraid to look at the damage, but I got lucky. Just two tiny pin-prick marks that you'd really need to be paying attention to even notice. I bought a screen protector for it the next day, and at one point, I almost bought another because I'd forgotten and didn't notice the screen protector that was already there.

Unfortunately yes. I dropped it the first day I got it and got some small cracks in the bottom right corner. Still completely usable though which is nice. First time I've had cracks in a smart phone.

Screen is in perfect condition. Still using the first screen protector I applied to it, and it's almost 3 years old. There is a single, small, barely noticeable scratch on the protector.

I just got a new one so no, my old phone didn't have any on the screen itself but it did on the edges, it also got an air bubble under it the last week I had it.
