Even my coworker I don't mind just nags and bitches.
The thing is all the things they nag and bitch about are things they are guilty of too. I just don't like to be petty and nag my coworkers. That is why we are 24 hr. Also meanwhile I'm still here, getting caught up on something that I didn't have time for.
Technically nightshift started 1.5 hrs ago, but co-workers almost never come in on time. I'm about to head to my nightshift job in like 20 minutes. Luckily my other coworkers rarely miss what they should do on the third shift. It's the messy customers who think drip trays are drains that get to me

I joke when people bitch and I got to the point I don't even realize people are bitching anymore, cause I create my own momentum. Just try leading the tone instead of following it. It's hard for people to keep bitching when you belittle every problem.

I just don't get it. I did basically the same work for a different company a few years back. Also 24 hr lab. It was just expected some work would get passed on to next shift. Maybe a little grumble sometimes, but pretty minimal.
