Whenever I browse gamefaqs on mobile, I'll periodically get redirected to "You won" ads. Supposedly winning a new phone, free internet, etc.

It happens even when I don't click any ads.

Yes. I reported it the other day.
Got a message back saying it was a rogue ad and they are working on a fix. It seems to be effecting iPhone users


I do not have an iPhone. And this has happened before. I'm not sure if it's a rogue ad or if they're intentionally showing them to make a quick buck.

First off, save yourself the hassle and just get Brave

However if it redirects you again, see if you can't get a good copy of the link it redirects you to and the content of the ad when your report it

Also may consider reporting the ad to adsense

Sometimes my ad blockers say that I get upwards of 30 ads that were blocked when I browse here. It's usually between 10-12, so I wonder if anything has changed as of late.
