think its good.

also think its good to mix it up too. like to try and dance in variety if you dont know how to dance certain dances.

practice makes perfect. if you ever goto concerts or clubs make sure you wear some insoles for support because stomping your feet for 4 hrs+ wears & tears your feet and shoes.

It's good exercise. Lots of dancers have minimal body fat. But they are dedicated to it at a whole different level.
