Drag Me to Hell is real fun if you pretend it's canon within the Evil Dead universe. So many aspects and callbacks besides Raimi being director.

Havent seen either but from what I read Drag Me To Hell has a disgustingly spiteful ending so Dawn of the Dead wins by default.
