43 y/o Heifer Connie Serbu from Florida is accused of MURDER after she claims their 18 y/o family friend RAPED her daughter when she was 6 years old!!

She entered the courthouse to face one count of second degree murder of Xavier Sierra's death in 2016 after she went vigilante and murdered the family friend after she claims her daughter told her he had "molested" her.

The trial began with a jury selection and is scheduled to extend through next Friday as she reportedly shot Sierra to AVENGE her daughter.

The entire murder plot began to unfold on May 30, 2016 when her daughter revealed that Sierra had molested her 5 YEARS PRIOR.

The allegations enraged Serbu and sparked her intention to kill and not believing the justice system would properly handle it, she planned the murder in a MONTH and it was set in motion on June 1, 2016

She asked the recent high school graduate to help her assemble a bunk bed for "easy money" and 7 days later, John Vargas, her developmentally disabled brother, arrived to visit her from NY. Court records describe Vargas as someone who was "easily persuaded"...

The 2 siblings went to a Dollar Store in separate cash transactions and purchased a flip phone and a Verizon Rechargeable card as it was used exclusively for the murder where the interaction proved he would be able to help them build the bunk bed on July 7

On that same day, Xavier made a job interview at a spray and neuter clinic and waited for her to pick him up and that's when the siblings wore dark clothes from HEAD TO TOE with the soles of their shoes in DUCT TAPE

They bought 2 handguns, 2 stun guns, an ICE PICK and a POTATOE that was used to silence one of the handguns

Sometime before this, she told her husabnd to take care of the children while she went to do her dirty work and picked up Sierra at 3pm where she confronted him over the molestation claims.

Then they drove him to a remote area and exited the van where Xavier then sprinted away as they gave chase. At one point, Xavier tried to wrestle the gun away from Vargas. Xavier was then killed with several bullet wounds from both guns and Vargas died from a fatal shot in his abdomen

Police then had reports of gunfire and found the Hyundai parked near the scene with Connie inside and confessed to the plot

She said "It's all my fault. So i don't care, he raped my daughter...she told me everything that happened"

Connie claims she will be ACQUITTED after her story gets out
