Like does any version of the Joker experience a side effect where his aging has been slowed down or reduced to a halt or something similar?

Batman Beyond

isn't that because he used some nanomachine trickery to take over Robin's body?

it's been a while, but iirc, he kidnapped and tortured Robin when he was young, and unknown to Robin, he implanted him with nanomachines. when Batman finally tracks them down, Joker has the upper hand, and Robin kills him.

years later, Joker reappears, and people are like, wtf, and it turns out it was the nanomachines bringing out the Joker persona in a middle-aged Robin's body

That's epic AF!!!

Those clips too!

But yeah it's interesting how the Joker can still find a way to remain as long as a Batman does.

Topic question inspired by the age difference between the characters that Joaquin Phoenix & Dante Pereira-Olson portray in the new Joker film.

Arthur Fleck is an unreliable narrator. He could be much younger in "Joker," but he's narrating it as the age he is nowadays.

That's just a theory, anyway.

Yeah we never actually hear what Fleck's age is in the movie. The plot works with him being any age really.

From consuming Dionesiun, yes. He had apparently been around since the 1800s.

Most likely something along the lines of this ^ as far as Mr. Fleck

But I'm glad knowing there's such a thing as a Joker/Dionesium/Age correlation possible out there.
Depending what kind of Batman they pin against Phoenix/Joker the extra/enhanced durability could come in handy. Unless they plan to keep him all natural like Ledger/Joker.
