Soon to be 30 here. I've always had a job since I was 17, so I've never been a NEET.

I still haven't taken advantage of my Bachelor's degree that I got 3 years ago. I'm still working with the same retail company that I've been with for 6 years that got me through college. I realized a few days ago that the reason I haven't had the desire to move onto a better-paying job is because I feel like taking any steps toward more prestigious jobs would be like a commitment, and I'm not ready to be committed to any kind of career yet. I... don't have any kind of work that I could feasibly make a career out of that I love.

I mean if I could write fiction novels or something that would be rad. But earning a living through creative work usually doesn't work well with most people. Just the idea of devoting myself to a JOB for the rest of my life sounds miserable and like a prison to me.

How did you find the thing you love, CE?
