I dont mean Dennys or IHOP. I mean like a good quality steakhouse. One of the best things is a nice ribeye with sunnyside up eggs to dip the meat into the yoke.

If the attitudes of steak fans here are any indication, I'd suggest most "good quality steakhouses" probably see steak and eggs as beneath them to offer

If you asked for it they would probably fix it for you. Just because it isn't specifically on the menu doesn't always mean thay you can't get it. It never hurts to ask. Most places are going to have eggs in the kitchen and would most likely add them to your plate for a small charge.

Never had them together.

I want to put ketchup on the eggs, but it seems weird to do that to the steak. Whereas ketchup on ham/sausage/bacon is ok
