They are slaves to some fucked up laws/books about how to live a certain way in life in order to go to some magic afterlife and if they don't then they'll go to hell and or some fucked up afterlife. It sucks to be those people. Nothing happens after death. It's just like you're sleeping but with no dreams, no thoughts and you'll be sleeping forever seeing nothing but total darkness. You don't need religion to be a good person either. I think a long time ago powerful people had some hallucinations and think a god spoke to them and that's how all this bullshit started. Just live life like you only have one life to live cause that's the truth.

That certainly does not describe every religion. There are many religions where you are free to live by whatever principles of their teachings you find agreeable. They won't necessarily reject you if you don't believe every codified ancient law or whatever.

I am a fan of the BYU Cougarettes, probably a top 2 college dance team dancing for BYU, since I seen a viral video of them last year and I've followed most of their dancers on IG and I read a little bit about Mormons. They got some weird ass, extreme beliefs and way of life. These brainwashed people actually believe all that crap and it's kinda sad to see what it can do to a person. I think religion probably lower people's IQ by 40 which is what the people in power would want cause smarter people=more questioning about their ways.

That is one of the most uninformed, emotionally charged, and speculative descriptions of religion/religious people I've ever seen. As an atheist, I agree that belief in the supernatural is unnecessary, but your argument is utter rubbish.
