At first you take them exactly as prescribed and it feels like god is hugging your soul. But eventually you build a tolerance and instead of 2 you need 5 to get that feeling and it goes up from there. Eventually your doc will cut you off so then you buy the pills on the street. Usually a dollar a milligram. But then you meet 100 mg a day just to function. Now heroin is way cheaper than pills so to get more bang for your buck you stop buying pills and start buying heroin. The bad part about that is you never now exactly how strong it is. With pills it tells you exactly. So what one day what you take will let you maintain but the next could be 10x stronger. --- I will show you fear in a handful of dust.
