the way the story was told just blurred the lines heavily, but i'm guessing the point was to be unreliable. I figured by her reaction to him being in her apartment that they had some kind of falling out

I figured by her reaction to him being in her apartment that they had some kind of falling out she was like, "your name is Arthur, right?" when she saw him in her apartment, and all the scenes where we saw them together turned out to be delusions of his and he was actually alone each time imagining her there --- b-bb-box ...
