On the credit card receipt?
here are the facts: -she has a nice smile -shes cute -Im engaged -Im eating at a restaurant in another city, immediately leaving and going back to my home city -would just leave the message on the receipt and walk out immediately , no contact info, no intention to talk to her again, etc my message would just say you have a lovey smile , thanks for the service. And whatever tip I end up leaving. Well, for starters, she's working a job that she likely hates, and gets a dozen similar comments like this weekly, unwarranted, that just continue to build up as an annoyance she has to frequently deal with on the job. The respectable "guy" thing to do is not comment on her looks and appearance while she's trying to earn money and live her life, instead leave a good tip and leave it at that.
A "compliment" like you stated is generally not taken well, and considered harassing. She doesn't need to hear it from a stranger for the 15th time this week. You aren't being slick, or a charmer.
