People who buy scratch and win tickets don't even have to scratch the whole thing to see if they won because all you need to do is scratch he serial number and have them check it if you won or loss since that serial number is how it determines who won or loss and what amount. That's why you'll see old people just pick tickets from a centre and have the person scratch the number off for them to see if they won and you waste no time. Machete 10/04/19 4:50:36 PM #12:	The ones in MA have a 3 letter code that spells out wins (ONE, TWO, FVE, TEN, etc.) and any losing ticket will have random letters. I think high winners are randomized as well.
