To snipe someone it greatly helps to where they are going to be and what time frame. At close range batman either proves too quick or deadshot is a idiot and shoots him in the chest where its armored. Thrn again the comic im thinking of maybe waller didnt want him killing batman. Suicide squad vs justice league. But comics are full of characters that should win losing because they make brain dead decisions. Like watching the flash tv show I find myself often thinking of how he coulda beat this person or that person a lot faster.
