might as well start a blog on Remerc's community board, lol

basically my shitty work history and mental illness make it really difficult to do well in social settings, so even in low intensity jobs it's still really unpleasant. but i guess that's true for everyone?

Yeah I have the same shitty work history and mental illness combo weighing me down, though I have a job atm. But it's a start-up and not doing well so that might all change

There are a lot of infrastructures in place to be an entrepreneur without too much starting capital. But if it fails then you'd probably be worse off financially and mentally. Not a bad thing to have some expertise in some field before starting a new business either.

yeah, i know society is organized so that businesses have a chance... but from a human capital perspective, i will never do well, on top of having no real ideas other than an oatmeal breakfast food truck

I'm pretty sure there's a market for an artisanal oatmeal breakfast food truck lmao. Tbh it just kinda sounds like something that gets momentarily popular out of nowhere

Also generally, I think people with previously bad experiences have PTSD

you can get PTSD just from attending a 1000 person lecture at a large university at the same time as Napoleon marching into Jena, according to medical practitioners
